How many leads do I need to pull in to make 10-20k/m

The answer is as many as you can get lets discuss

So how many leads do you need to make 10-20k+/m in your coaching business? Are you ready for the equation?

Let me clarify you have inbound setters and outbound setters. Outbound setters will call, text and DM your leads from lead magnets. Say you have a weightloss program as an example and they downloaded a meal guide to loose 10 pounds. They indirectly downloaded somethign that they are interested in but doesnt mean they want to work directly with you yet, so you have a setter reach out to them and give them more resources and have what we call a mini triage call which helps qualify them if they are a good coaching prospect. And the goal is to sell them on the free coaching call which will also offer them to work with you.

Inbound setting is where you have setters in your social media accounts and when you have new followers, or direct hand raisers they will drum up conversations via dms to create interest to have them book a coaching call, where you can offer them your program/coaching offer.

So here is the equation.

Say they do 30-40 new follower chats, 100-200 Follow-ups a day and then you have inbound hand raisers. That will give your setter enough leads to give you 3-4 sets a day. High performers will give you 4-6 a day. If you can have 3-4 booked coaching calls a day with prospects you'll have a full calendar and say you have a 75-85% show-up rate that converts 25% of those leads you should have the math in your favor to make some money.

Say your offer is 2-5k
Say you get 3 booked strategy calls
Say you have a 75% Show up rate
And you convert 25% close
You’ll get 1 sales

Example
The activity of getting 30-40 new leads a day, 100-200 followups and new handrasiers the goal will be 3-4 sets a day.
3-4 a day | 15-20 calls in a week | 60-80 calls a month
75% of them will show up
45 Live Calls
25% Close Rate
11 Sales at 2k = 22k
