When do I hire my first person in my coaching business

The answer is as soon as possible let's discuss

Before I get into some of these details I want to give you a free training resource that will give you the exact blueprint to hire and onboard your first rep. From Trackers, example Scorecards, Playbooks, and scripts all the way down to your welcome email to onboard them approreatly with clear expectations for you and them to win. Take a look at that down below.

After training setters and closers for years and helping high ticket offers grow to over 1 mill a month I do not wanting to help impart what it takes to build a high performing sales team.

Now When to hire? As soon as you possibly can.
I’ve heard It said that the 2 roles of a CEO is to create a communicate repeatedly your vision and mission and recruit, hire and retain top talent.

So does that mean when your beginning your not doing a lot yes of course, but roles like admin work, bookkeeping, answering emails and phone calls, editing your content, setting appointments and even eventually selling your service.

If you focus most of your time and energy on money making activities. That is the life blood of your business. If you have to Batch, Delegate, Delete or automate eveything that doesn’t help you make money.

Most coaches will work on the backend of their business and then they wonder why their businesses suffers.

Focus on making money and everything else will fall in place. Trust Me I’ve done the wrong things in my businesses spinning my wheels on the wrong things over focusing on the right things.

What do I focus on and what do I have my team focus on. Helping you generate leads and produce revenue.

So save your time but hiring the mundane, low-value tasks and focus on money-making activities.

When are you ready? Here are some mile markers.
Your Setters wants to make a full-time income of around 4-6k/m so say you pay 10% commission as an example of closed deals then you'd need 40-60k/m in revenue. If you create a compelling vision of having them growl;jk with you then you can bring them earlier and then you have someone covering the sets for you from 10-30k/m. Just be candid with realistic expectations so that you won't lose them after a few weeks.

So if you resonate with that and have lost setters in the past its probably because your not setting up the right expectations for you and them to win.

Bring in enough leads so that they can fill your pipeline with good high-quality leads so you can close them and then it will work hand in hand for you and them to be making what you deserve to be making.

If you’ve gotten value from this video Like and subscribe and don’t forget to grab that free resource down below with the full training on how to onboard a new setter or closer.
